 We had an engagement meeting with the Director Public Health and Disease Control, Kano State Ministry of Health yesterday to discuss the various health focused interventions we are currently implementing at RAHAMA. Tapping into his immense knowledge and expertise, he guided us on how to implement the 1HP Project in the next coming months.

We are looking for an applicant with a University Degree or its equivalent in Public Health, Nursing or Health related fields. A master’s degree as well as certificate in Project Management will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience in project management of health focused projects. S/he should have proven experience working on HIV and Adolescent and Young People (AYP) projects. Community Engagement

 We successfully engaged the community members of Kwarin Barka in Kano State. This is part of the social awareness project for GBV and SRH. These girls and women were engaged on the need to serve as advocates in their respective communities, providing access to adequate information, resources and referrals.  Together we can advocate against GBV and provide access to information on SRH.
