1HP Review Meeting

 We had our 1HP review meeting today alongside the TB Champions located across the 40 focal facilities in Kano State where we reviewed project progress, challenges and recommendations for the intervention. 











We also awarded the best performing Champions alongside their DOT officers to continue to put in their best and ensure that TB is eradicated in the State through the uptake of TPT.

1. Background RAHAMA is implementing a community-led health promotion initiative to identify and respond to pressing health challenges, improve awareness, and guide targeted referral support. As part of the initial phase, RAHAMA will deploy a mixed methods data collection approach to gain insights into community health priorities, knowledge gaps, and service delivery barriers. 2.
