Should a course of Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT) be repeated?

Studies of the benefit of repeated TPT are ongoing.

In settings with high TB transmission, isoniazid for at least 36 months is recommended for PLHIV. PLHIV who have successfully completed treatment for TB disease may also receive a TPT course.
