World Day Against Trafficking 2024

We commemorated the World Day Against Trafficking 2024 with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) Naptip Nigeria in Kano today.


This activity was an avenue to raise awareness to the general public especially young people on the dangers of trafficking as well as ways to identify and prevent the occurrence of Trafficking.

Community Engagement

 We successfully engaged the community members of Kwarin Barka in Kano State. This is part of the social awareness project for GBV and SRH. These girls and women were engaged on the need to serve as advocates in their respective communities, providing access to adequate information, resources and referrals.  Together we can advocate against GBV and provide access to information on SRH.

Annual Visitation

  We visited Kano Remand Home today as part of our annual visitations. We met and conversed with male juvenile offenders remanded for different offences.There are presently no female juvenile offenders at the home, some of them were recently transferred to Prisons and others released.  Some of their needs at the home include; drugs, brooms, detergents, food materials and vegetables etc. Thank you all for your donations and contributions.
