Annual Visitation

We visited Kano Remand Home today as part of our annual visitations. We met and conversed with male juvenile offenders remanded for different offences.There are presently no female juvenile offenders at the home, some of them were recently transferred to Prisons and others released. 

Some of their needs at the home include; drugs, brooms, detergents, food materials and vegetables etc.

1. Background RAHAMA is implementing a community-led health promotion initiative to identify and respond to pressing health challenges, improve awareness, and guide targeted referral support. As part of the initial phase, RAHAMA will deploy a mixed methods data collection approach to gain insights into community health priorities, knowledge gaps, and service delivery barriers. 2.
