The Visitation to Goron Dutse Prison and Remand Home on 10th June, 2018









has been a success. There are 57 Childen aged below 18years being remanded upon commission of an offence, out of which 5 are girls and 52 are boys. We were able to feed them and provide clothing for all of them.
The Prison as at yesterday has 1506 Inmates out of which 36 are female.
1100 Inmates are Awaiting Trial Persons and 406 are Convicts. We were able to feed over 500 Inmates with out Ramadan Iftar Meal Package. Thank You All for your contributions and donations.

 We successfully engaged the community members of Kwarin Barka in Kano State. This is part of the social awareness project for GBV and SRH. These girls and women were engaged on the need to serve as advocates in their respective communities, providing access to adequate information, resources and referrals.  Together we can advocate against GBV and provide access to information on SRH.
